Under Municipal Hail, basic crop rates by townships varied from a low of 1.8% to a high of 7.5% of risk.For Additional Municipal Hail, basic crop rates varied from 1.8% to 7.5% of risk.

Of the 12,454,265 acres insured by Municipal Hail in 2000, 16% were insured at $20 per acre, 16% at $40 per acre, 20% at $60 per acre, 13% at $80 per acre and 35% at $100 per acre.
